1. Acceptance of Terms


By accessing or using DiagFX, a product of Force Automotive LLC ("Company," "we," "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

2. Description of Services


DiagFX provides interactive diagnostic guides and self-service technical training courses for automotive technicians. These resources are intended to assist in diagnosing and repairing vehicle issues but do not replace professional expertise, independent judgment, or manufacturer-specific repair procedures.

3. No Warranty & Limitation of Liability


      a. DiagFX content is provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that our guides or training        materials will resolve every vehicle issue or be error-free.

      b. Force Automotive LLC is not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to vehicle            damage, personal injury, loss of business, or legal claims arising from the use of DiagFX content.

4. User Responsibility


Users of DiagFX agree to:

  • Use professional judgment when applying diagnostic recommendations.

  • Verify all repair and testing procedures against manufacturer guidelines.

  • Assume full responsibility for any repairs performed using information from DiagFX.

5. No Liability for Repairs


Force Automotive LLC explicitly disclaims any liability related to repairs performed by technicians using DiagFX. Users understand and acknowledge that:

  • Vehicle diagnostics and repairs involve inherent risks.

  • Incorrect application of diagnostic information may result in vehicle damage, injury, or other consequences.

  • Users are solely responsible for ensuring repairs are performed correctly and safely.

6. Intellectual Property


All content, including but not limited to guides, training materials, and software, is the exclusive property of Force Automotive LLC and protected under intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited.

7. Modifications to Terms


We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of DiagFX after modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

8. Governing Law


These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
